Incredible Service and Business! Our dryer stopped working a couple of days ago so we called Appliance Rx to come out and take a look at it. The customer service to discuss and schedule the service was fantastic, friendly, and expedient. We were able to get an appointment within 2 days. Casey came out and took a look at our dryer. He is one of the kindest people you could ever meet. He looked over our dryer thoroughly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken dryer belt. He gave us an extremely affordable quote to fix the belt and then after we agreed, he efficiently fixed the dryer within 20 minutes. I have never been so blown away by the efficiency, promptness, friendliness, and affordability of a repair service and customer service experience. We are so thankful for them and their incredible business. I am recommending them to everyone I know. Go with Appliance Rx, you won’t regret it. I would give them a bazillion stars if I could.

This is the place that actually called me back and was able to get me taken care of getting my appliances installed. I don't recall her name from Appliance Rx but she was very nice and professional. Casey is who came out to do the work, he was quick, communicated well in reference to what needed to be done. He arrived on time as scheduled, they even per my request called with an exact time even though I had a 3hr window. Everyone gives a window of time when they will be there which is a pain in the a$$ not knowing and having the possibility of rushing once they get to you. Casey was prompt and ensured I knew everything from price to length of time needed to complete installations. I had a vent hood and cooktop installed and he did a great job. There was more work than anticipated, Casey took care of me no l, no unexpected charges. Nothing changed from initial conversation on price or what I should've expected once complete.
